The WHCC7-35H contains CuZn’s TAC Salt Free Softening Media. Salt Free Softening media is very easy to pour out & replace.
CuZn has decided to go green and offer this option as a media replacement only, that way you’ll be recycling the tank you already own (Go Green & Save$$ Green!).
Clean your tank out, discard the expired filtration media & follow instructions on how to replace the media yourself.
