If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item for a complete refund within 90 days. GoGreen will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, so you won’t be responsible for any shipping charges. We back our products and are confident you will love your GoGreen. Plain and simple.

Shipping Details:

All products will ship within 1-2 business days via UPS, USPS or FEDEX ground service.

If you have not received a tracking# within 48 hours of your order, please email sales@gogreen.pro or call 913.730.8315.  A tracking# and digital copy of the your sales receipt will be emailed to you when your order has left our facility.

If your product will not be shipped within 1-2 business day, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order that a delay in shipment is to be expected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Depending on the location and cost of shipping, GoGreen may request additional payment. You may email sales@gogreen.pro with your address & item(s) you wish to purchase. A GoGreen rep will respond promptly if additional costs need to be applied for international shipping and a link to where those payments may be completed.

User Account Information 

Username, password and all relevant information may be accessed by the Customer Only. In order to reset password and edit account, you must do so via a reset link sent to the email address originally used to create your account.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis for “Auto ship Subscription(s)”. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as outlined in the product details section of product subscription(s) you have chosen. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by notifying GoGreen via Phone: 915.730.8315, Email: sales@gogreen.pro. Subscriptions may also be cancelled by logging into your GoGreen.pro Account.

Failure to maintain a current credit card for your subscription will result in your order not being shipped. Subscriptions prices will not change. Subscriptions are limited in length as outlined in the product details section of the product subscription(s) you have chosen. New subscriptions purchased may differ in price from past subscriptions purchased.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the online store (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your contact information, shipping information, order notes and order contents.

Our Website may contain links to third ­party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by GoGreen Technologies Water Filtration Systems. GoGreen Water Filtration Systems has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that GoGreen Technologies shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. GoGreen’s General Warranty Information:

All GoGreen products are covered by GoGreen Water Systems’ 1 Year Warranty, unless otherwise noted on the specific product page:

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed, operated and maintained in the manner instructed for a period of one year from the date of purchase, provided that the system has been properly installed and maintained and has not been modified or subjected to freezing, water pressures greater than those stated in the instructions, over-tightening, abuse or peril. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any filter that fails to perform due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Damages that occur from unusual circumstances such as water hammers during the use of this product are the responsibility of the homeowner. To qualify for the warranty the filter must be maintained and replaced as stated in the instructions.

What GoGreen Water Systems will do:

Within the warranty period, GoGreen Water Technologies will replace the defective part of the covered product, or if deemed necessary, the entire product and send it to you with installation instructions.

How to get service:
To receive service under this Warranty, you must contact GoGreen by phone at 913 730 8315 or sales@GoGreen.pro within the Warranty Period to describe the problem to a customer service representative who will verify that the product is under warranty and arrange for delivery of a replacement part, or if deemed necessary, the complete system.

How State Law Applies:
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty Card:
Warranty registration is not required for coverage under the GoGreen’s Limited Warranty and is not necessary for factory direct purchases made from www.GoGreen.pro. If you purchased from a retailer or dealer, please complete the online warranty registration form at www.GoGreen.pro/Warranty. Once registered online, we will have a record of your purchase and you will not be required to produce a proof of purchase for a warranty claim.
